Parcel box PURE with letterbox

Yes. Several parcels can also be deposited one after the other without the box having to be emptied in between.

A parcel jam is generally excluded. As soon as the box is full, the delivery drawer locks automatically – further deliveries are then not possible.

In this case, you should simply remove your received parcels using the key from the lower collection drawer. This will immediately release the blockage and the box will be ready for the next delivery.

For the basic function of the parcel compartment, no electrical connection is required – it operates entirely mechanically.

Only for optional electrical components such as bell, lighting or similar extras may a power connection be necessary.

No, all functions are purely mechanical. No key or access code is required.

The number of possible characters depends on the available space and the clean feasibility of the laser engraving.
The more characters are used, the smaller the engraving must be. However, there is a technical limit: if the font becomes too small, the laser can no longer achieve a clean result.

In many cases, one or two additional characters – depending on the shape of the letters – are still possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to realise engravings beyond this.

Depending on the equipment, the box has a different weight.

Here is an overview:

• Box without letterbox: approx. 70 kg.
• Box with one letterbox: approx. 80-90 kg
• Box with lighting / bell / video technology: approx. 130 kg.
• Box with 2 letterboxes: approx. 120 kg

No, you don't need to worry about that here.

With the drop-bottom mechanism of the parcel box, your parcel only drops about 30 cm – so just a few centimetres. In addition, the base of the removal drawer is lined with a shock-absorbing foam mat, to further cushion the impact.

Of course, it's important that the parcel is properly packed – which is in any case the sender's responsibility. In Germany, parcels must as standard withstand a drop from around 80 cm without damage; otherwise, they are considered insufficiently packed.

For comparison: In parcel sorting centres, consignments are subjected to significantly greater drop heights – so the short drop in the parcel box is really minimal. 😉

The parcel box arrives fully assembled on a pallet at your home. You just need to fix it to the ground – done!

You will receive the exact delivery date from the shipping company in advance. The date doesn't suit you? No problem – simply reschedule online!

Our fonts are specially licensed and have been adapted for our laser process. For this reason, it is unfortunately not possible to select a different font.

As much as we would like to implement every good idea or individual customisation for our customers – in practice, unfortunately, this is not feasible. The effort required for individual changes is, in most cases, too great, as our products are precisely tailored to our manufacturing processes.

In doing so, we pay attention to optimal material usage, the efficient utilisation of our machines (particularly with regard to size and performance), and, of course, to the unrestricted functionality of the product.

Individual customisations would require extensive changes throughout the entire production process – for example, through new laser programmes – and would mean a considerable organisational, technical and financial overhead.

We kindly ask for your understanding that, for this reason, we are unable to carry out customer-specific individual adjustments.

For our various designs, specific adjustments have been made to the construction of individual products in some cases, in order to implement the respective design elements perfectly both technically and visually.

For example, with the SELECT design, cut-outs were deliberately planned in the basic frame of the drawer to realise the lettering in a 3D effect. Changing the position is therefore not possible, as this would require a completely new construction of the drawer frame.

It is similar with the LINE design: here we use specially manufactured adhesive templates in the factory, which enable quick and precise placement of the design. In this case too, a change of position would require a new, specially adapted template.

We therefore ask for your understanding that individual changes to the design position are not possible.

Your parcel in 5 steps

1. Open the letter flap, which is automatically held open by magnets for convenient delivery.
2. By pulling, the delivery drawer opens, allowing the courier to place the parcels inside. The handle is labelled bilingually to make operation easier.
3. Once the parcels have been placed inside, the drawer can be closed.
4. As soon as the drawer closes, the drop floors open simultaneously and the parcels slide safely down into the box, where they are stored securely and kept dry.
5. The parcels can only be removed using a key via the retrieval drawer.
   

No, that is not possible. As soon as the delivery person closes the upper drawer, the parcels automatically drop into the compartment below. This compartment is only accessible with a key – unauthorised access is therefore excluded.

It is also not possible to reach in through the upper drawer or to remove it. A fixed back panel behind the delivery drawer prevents access, and a screwed-in pull-out guard additionally ensures that the drawer cannot be pulled out. The pull-out guard also cannot be unscrewed without access to the lower compartment.

Currently, we do not offer a version of our parcel box for flush mounting – and such a model is not planned at present.

Although the parcel box, due to its design, is generally well suited to theoretically be installed as a flush-mounted solution or through-wall unit, we expressly advise against this.

Why?

1. Risk from plaster, mortar and cement:
   With flush mounting, especially if the box is plastered in, there is a risk that materials such as plaster, mortar or cement may get onto the surface. These contain alkaline components which – if not removed immediately – can damage the powder coating:
   
   - Discolouration
   - Dull patches
   - In the worst case: corrosion underneath the coating
   
   In such cases, we cannot provide any warranty, as the installation does not comply with our recommended installation guidelines.
   
   
2. No thermal break with through-wall installation:
   
   Using the parcel box as a through-wall unit is also problematic:
   
   The box is made entirely of metal and does not have a thermal break. If it is installed in a wall opening, a thermal bridge is inevitably created – which negatively affects the building’s energy efficiency.
   
   There is also a risk of damage from contact with mortar and plaster materials in this case.

The maximum parcel size is 455x360x280 mm (W x H x D). However, this size can be deposited twice in succession. Alternatively, several parcels smaller than this size can also be deposited.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an engraving preview in advance for every order.

A trial run has shown that providing an individual preview – especially when there are subsequent change requests – is very time-consuming and costly.

We absolutely understand that this is a high-quality product that should be pleasing in the long term. However, such a service requires additional personnel resources and capacity, which are currently not available to us. Of course, we are already working on a future solution that will allow our customers to automatically see an engraving preview directly in the shop. However, this feature is still in development and not yet ready for use.
